Face-to-Face - Face to Face contact time of at least 8 Hours
Entry Requirements
This course has a prerequisite of UEENEEE101A Apply occupational health and safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace.
Participants must have the physical capacity to use appropriate equipment, have oral and written communication skills to follow instructions and complete report documentation, literacy and numeracy skills to read and interpret policy, procedural and legislative documents.
Assessment Requirements
Individuals undertaking this course will be expected to complete both written and practical assessment tasks.

This certificate does not require renewal

- Conduct tests on equipment
- Complete documentation and tags
Documentation – Completion of a Test Tag Log form, out of service tags and Test Tags.
Theory assessment – A written assessment consisting of short answer questions. The student must complete all assessment questions
